What are BuoniEsempi's Labs
BuoniEsempi.it is not only a database but also a virtual lab dedicated to the net cooperation to play innovation.
Lab's activities are implemented, up to now, only for italian key accounts' Administrations.
The section of the labs represents, joint to the interactive service of the Board which allow to deepen special aspects of the projects), a meeting point for the professional communities and groups working on topical themes concerning the innovation policies. They are pointed out and planned a number of focuses through a series of activities concerning both analysis, studies and operative activities with the active contribution of the interactive on line cooperation service.
A short description of lab's activities developped for italian administrations is given as follows.
Project Finance
Presentation of the Lab
The Lab concerning
Project Finance in Italian PAs is managed joint to SDA Bocconi, the School of Management of the University Bocconi in Milan. The Lab activities started on December, 12th 2003, with a first meeting to share the selected cases with particular reference to the motivation of the choice of the Project Financing.
To the Project Finance Lab they take part the municipality of Bergamo, the municipality of Firenze, the municipality of Formigine, the municipality of Genova, the municipality of Lecce, the municipality of Porto Viro (Rovigo), the ULSS of Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso) and the sanitary board CTO of Torino.
The initiative foresees the organization of two workshops, aimed to disseminate the results of the research activity and the documentation produced for the Lab.
The partecipation to the Lab will be attested by a certficate Formez - SDA Bocconi. The activities will be organized in the Formez seat in Naples and in the SDA Bocconi seat in Milan.
The materials of support to the meetings and those ones produced by the Administrations during the common work path are avaiLable, up to now, only in italian version.

IntegrAbili - Integration of Disadvantaged People in the Labour Market

The Lab
"IntegrAbili" aims to promote the matching between demand and offer of innovation in the framework of the projects for the insertion at work of disadvantaged people through the promotion of the experiences of the database and the focus on the obtained results and the concrete experiences.
To realize the activities the Lab counts on the competencies of the managers who took care of the projects for the insertion at work of disadvantaged people. They will develop the phasis of the Lab together with the Formez experts.

FormAssociata - Associate Management of the Training of the Local Institutions Personnel
Presentation of the Lab
"FormAssociata" is the Lab for the promotion and diffusion of the projects present in the Buoni Esempi's database, concerning the associate management of the personnel of local institutions.
The Lab activities aim to realize two strategic objectives: to promote and put in system the experiences present in the Buoni Esempi's database and the diffusion of the results obtained through the concrete experiences of the innovator managers with the aim to facilitate the forwarding of the innovations in other organizative contexts.
To realize the Lab activities one will use the competencies of the managers who took care of those projects present in the database and aimed to the associate management of the training. They will develop the different phases of the Lab together with the Formez experts, with whom there will be organized the team work.
The foreseen activities are addressed to administrations managers willing to verify the opportunity to apply in their context the innovations put in system through the different phases of the Lab and concretely actuate similar projects.
