BuoniEsempi.it Siteguide
BuoniEsempi.it site is an initiative by the Department for Public Administration and Formez, developed joint to the programme Cantieri to promote the change in Public Administrations.
It collects the innovative experiences and the successful projects of PAs (Central, municipalities, Provinces, Mountain Community) to promote and disseminate them.
In the site there are the cards of the pojects, tools, support documentation, useful guides, interactive services and offers of cooperation and stage by those administrations which realised the project.
Buoniesempi.it has been planned and realised according to the latest values of usability and accessibility. In fact it is usable from the most common browser like Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Mozilla, Lynx - and on all platforms.
Besides, it is not tide up to the resolution of the user's monitor and allows to adequate the types as one likes without conditioning the surfing.
We will be thankful to everyone who wants to point out possible disadvantages and invite you to express your opinion contacting the staff.
This section helps the users to better understand the services offered by the site.
Search by Keyword
The search by keywords is available in each page: the user can insert one or more themes to single out the projects in the database in the search box up on the right near the item "search a project".
The system will search and give a list of results including title of projects and reference of classification, fittable to the key words required. The system will give the results by searching as many fittings is possible inside the database. If more than one keyword is inserted the result will be more precise.
Guided Search
The projects are inserted in the database according to some classification keys that make the search easier for the users. For more info about the classification keys of projects please consult
the Glossary.
For the
Guided Search
the users have at their disposal a number of tools such as flowing menus and selection buttons to better choice the criteria they wants to search by. The search criteria correspond to the classification keys of the projects.
The search can be played selecting simultaneously more selection keys. Besides, it is possible to combine the choice of the criteria with one or more keywords to be searched inside the projects.
The list of the projects allows to accede to the single card illustrating the experience in all its details. For each project one can use interactive services to suggest the project to a colleague, to print it, to discuss it in a forum, to consult the materials related to it.
Tools
They are mostly operative materials (tools, models, products) realized through the innovation experience and usable by other administrations and documentation produced to realize the experience.
The bar for the search of tools allows to select the tools according to 2 keys : Innovation area and the sector where the projects in which the materials have been produced are referred to.

Initiatives and Prizes
Buoni Esempi receives the contribution of a number of subjects: the administrations which point out their experiences, the national initiatives, the theme reviews by BuoniEsempi.it editorial and by Cantieri'staff.
Through the initiatives they have been pointed out the experiences that have received an official recognition or that distinguished themselves in the framework of them. At the moment, Buoni Esempi' database includes 27 national initiatives.

Labs
BuoniEsempi.it is also a virtual lab for the web cooperation to carry out the innovation.
The section of Labs represents, joint to the Forum and Board (through which one can deepen the more interesting aspects of the projects), a meeting place for the professional communities and work teams about the themes of the Innovation practices.
Each six months there will be pointed out a focus, through a number of activities such as analysis and studies and operative activities with the contribution of the web interactive service of cooperation.

Beyond the Labs, BuoniEsempi.it proposes some immediate interactive services available in the homepage and in a large number of pages:
The Board - a space dedicated to the direct exchange of info, requirements, deepenings among the administrations interested to the realization of the innovation or simply to the confrontation. Buoni esempi'staff forwards the questions to the administrations inside the database able to provide useful infos related to the themes required.
The most visited projects - It provides immediately info about the accessibility level of the projects by pointing out the most consulted projects in the database.
Points out a Project - It offers a card to survey and point out the innovation experiences developped by the administrations. BuoniEsempi'staff hosts the projects, disseminate and promote them through the site.
The Poll - It provides the users with the chance to express their opinion about the site and the services offered and let the Buoni Esempi'staff receive useful information to periodically update the services offered.
The Experience Focused - It offers to the administrations in the database another chance to disseminate and promote their experience. Periodically, BuoniEsempi'staff surveys the projects and points out in the homepage the more relevant ones.
