Buone Pratiche (Good Practices) | The Prize "Premio buone pratiche nei servizi di pubblica utilità" (Good Practices in the Public Utility Services) is promoted by the representatives of the citizens of Cittadinanzattiva, and comes from the experience of Pit servizi (the service of information, counselling and assistance in public utility services put on by Cittadinanzattiva in 1999 with the support of European Commission).
The initiative assigns an yearly prize to the projects aiming to improve the relationship between citizens and services and managed by human resources engaged in the reform of their professional models.
The II edition of the prize has been realized with the support of Poste italiane and Italgaspiù, and aims to build associative nets supporting the culture of excellence in public utility services, closely linked to the practices of civic engagement and active citizenship. |
