Sfide 2004 (Challenges 2004) | The local administrations are currently involved in developing a new and difficult assignment: to promote the development of the territorial economic systems through coordinated and integrated actions in a long period strategy. For this way, they have to become protagonists in the process of transformation and promotion of the territory, renewing themselves and acquiring new competences, but above all stimulating an involving process for all the institutional subjects, economic and social working on the territory: public institutions, associations of category, associations of the third sector, research institutions, enterprises.
The participation and the sharing of the process of economic animation of the territory is in fact the necessary condition to talk about an integrated and above all lasting development. The SFIDE prize, promoted by Forum PA and by the Department for the Development of the Territorial Economies of the Presidency of the Suggestion of the Ministers, is addressed to the administrations having this vision of the development. The objective of Challenges is to promote the projects and the strategies of promotion of the local systems and the ability of the administrations to operate according to objective defined and strategic.
The projects participating in Sfide 2004 are distinguished according to the areas of action in which they intervene - territorial marketing; strategic planning ; nets and services for the system of enterprise and politics for the employment- but they have in common an element: a complex vision of the development, that doesn't end in the short period but start positive mechanisms of activation of the resources of the territory able to stimulate on the long period the internal processes of development. |
